Sometimes we are just too busy in our lives that we do not realize how much we get older and our children grow up. I can see it all around with my friends and their kids. It seems my pregnant friend was sitting in my living room only a week ago, with her huge swollen legs up on the sofa. And her daughter attends kindergarten now. Sometimes it seems my boy was born only yesterday – and he is now 20 months old active busy toddler!
Usually it is me who is the Mamarazzi in our family, however, my husband takes the camera from time to time and tries to do some photos of us. Yeah, he knows how I hate being always behind the camera and missing from all the pictures. Even though he is not a skilled photographer (his photos are either out of focus or I have much bigger nose, fattier hips or flat hair on them, LOL) , I am grateful for any picture he snaps as all they are our memories.
I love the current trend of wooden textures on papers in digital scrapbooking. When I get a kit, I always grab the wooden texture within the first!
Here you can see me and my baby boy when he was only 3 months old! How tiny!
You might ask – did you process the photos into browns just to match them with the kit? My answer is – no. My DH forgot to reset ISO settings after he was in a WWII military fortress that morning and all the pictures were shot on ISO 1600.

Have a great day!
